The Youth Drop-In Program provides opportunities for local youth to learn and experience all that art has to offer. It encompasses various programs that intend to engage youth of many backgrounds. These programs are available every other Friday night and are supervised by an artist mentor. A safe place is provided for youth so that they may feel welcome to communicate their thoughts freely as well as build healthy relationships with others which will, in turn, help to develop a stronger community.
Examples of our Youth Drop-In Programs: * Electro-Jam Dance Parties - In The Orchard hosts DJ Marlon Intergalactic Threat as he spins vinyls and dance beats. Fun for children of all ages. * Open Mic Nights - With Spencer from A Tap in Black on select sunday afternoons 2pm-5pm. Please check the upcoming events page for dates of these events. |
